This is to inform you that there is a vendor called MST (Maa Shakuntalaya Travels) Pvt. Ltd. Operated by Amit Dubey and Sanjeev, at Noida Expressway, Sector 126, Near HCL Office, Noida (UP). I’m writing my concern to you because this vendor widely claims that he is attached to Motherson Sumi and providing cab services to your company. He also claims that he has profitable under-the-table arrangement with Motherson's admin team for higher billing with lesser usage of vehicles. I had attached my vehicle Swift Dzire VXi with them from 07 July’23. After a few weeks, I realized that there conduct is not transparent and they are manipulating bills. Looking at this, I gave them an intimation that I am not interested in continuing. By that time, the vehicle was used for over 4500 kms in August. To my sheer surprise, they came up with a billing amount of (–) Rs 750. They manipulated all the bills conniving with the driver and my due payment which was to the tune of Rs 45,000 was brought down to negative balance of Rs 750. I have followed up with them several times and resisted on this malpractice. To this, Mr Amit Dubey promised me to release the payment of Rs 20,000 on an average basis. However, he is not making any payment at all even 4 months. This vendor is a shrewd conmen and de-frauding cab owners at will. I will soon be taking legal actions against them. Please be informed that they are misusing Motherson Sumi's brand in alluring and defrauding cab owners like me, at an ongoing basis.

This is a truly a unprofessional company, CTC was very clear from my side from day first of the interview. Provided that this guys took 3 rounds of interviews 2 tech round and took HR too. Both round was very good but after 2-3 days of chasing the HR (salma saifi ) as they dont have ethics to call candidate to update , they are saying budget is a problem and Abdul her boss saying panel have issue with your notice period. I told you already i can join in 30 days but again they are saying panel have doubt so why u took interview and wasted my time Why you guys wasted my time when you didn't have budget? Why to go for many interviews and same some management issues? @Ps if possible dont rely on this unprofessional company .

They called me for interview so i asked them to schedule first round on teams or other online platform and i clear that first technical interview after that they called me for face to face interview at noida . the guy who was taking interview for Database Developer Manish was very unprofessional i was giving him answers and he was just saying 'Your answers are from books' . he was totally driven by his own agenda Big No for this becouse of people like manish

Location is 1-2kms away from metro Station noida sector62. Landmark is stellar it park. A lot of shops are opened which runs almost 24/7 without fail.

I have called on the company's landline number for business purposes and the person who picked the call abused on call and cut the call without listening. This type of behaviour is not for the professionals so please mind your language and next time someone calls simply say NO. If these types of person is working in your organisation then your companies future will be on the wrong path. 🙏

Everything was hunky-dory when I joined here & came to know that it’s good company to work. But, it was a shocking moment for me when I listened from my colleagues that TL asks for bribe. I was surprised like they are mocking but trust me it came like a lightning shock when I also had been treated like a pawn of internal conspiracy of Management when I refused to give the same. Neither my reporting Managers were responsive during my tenure here nor HR too after leaving company. They totally acted unapproachable all the times. They being a deliberate cheater tries to prove themselves like pillar of a company, spoiling its worth & reliability whom an individual trusts blindly. Being an ex- employee of Company, never wants to share this on social platform. But to keep self-morale high, I took this decision solemnly whether it’s whatsoever good or bad.
